Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Operations Supervisor to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a Help Desk Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising help desk operations at the shift or small help desk level, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise help desk operations at the shift or small help desk level
  • Supervise non-exempt support staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Security+CE certification
