Job Summary

Mental Health Association of San Francisco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will handle office duties, administrative tasks, and provide exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including mail and delivery management, package preparation, and office supply ordering
  • Maintain a centralized office filing system, track inventory, and prepare administrative requests and documents
  • Receive and forward communications, and greet office guests
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in administrative support
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in modern online collaborative tools, such as Office 365, SharePoint, Slack, and Asana
