Job Overview
We are pleased to present an opportunity for an Identity Analysis Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting our client's needs in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Clearance Requirement
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to qualify for this position.

Key Responsibilities
The Identity Analysis Specialist will receive comprehensive training to assist in watchlist management and screening processes.

On the watchlisting front, responsibilities include:
1. Receiving, assessing, and processing nominations related to terrorist activities from various U.S. Government entities.
2. Analyzing terrorism-related data from nominations to ensure compliance with established criteria and policies.
3. Providing recommendations concerning the nomination and watchlisting procedures.
4. Supporting quality assurance and quality control reviews of nominations.

In addition, while engaging in the Screening & Vetting mission, the specialist will:
1. Conduct thorough screenings of individuals seeking entry into the U.S. by evaluating Visa applications against TIDE and other intelligence community databases.

Analytical Responsibilities
This role will utilize analytical tools and methodologies to assess and integrate pertinent identity information, identifying connections between foreign travelers and terrorism for the purpose of State Department adjudication and watchlisting.

Call Chain Analysis
The position will involve employing call chain analysis techniques to uncover relationships, patterns, trends, indicators, and warnings, thereby identifying and reporting intelligence gaps related to counter-terrorism.

Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with no prior experience or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Experience
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing mission requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with intelligence community tools and databases.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of intelligence community organizations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in analyzing intelligence reports and communications.
