Position Overview

SGI Global LLC is looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide support to the United States Coast Guard Recruiting Command. The CGRC operates numerous recruiting offices throughout the nation, dedicated to attracting and processing qualified candidates for the USCG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all contractor activities associated with this engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with the client to review progress, share updates, and address any technical challenges.
  • Serve as the main contact for any performance-related concerns or disputes regarding the Data Entry Operation Specialist(s) II.
  • Supervise Data Entry Operation Specialist(s) II, ensuring adherence to project timelines and performance standards; implement quality control measures; coordinate work tasks; and assist the client in meeting quality assurance goals.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, which includes leadership, program/project management, business management, government invoicing, and/or human resources.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with government contracts is necessary.
  • Candidates must maintain qualifications throughout the duration of the contract.
