Position Overview

SGI Global LLC is in search of a Senior Project Manager to provide essential support to the United States Coast Guard Recruiting Command. The CGRC is responsible for managing numerous recruiting offices throughout the nation and its territories, focusing on the mission to identify, engage, process, and monitor metrics related to the recruitment of qualified candidates into the USCG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all contractor activities conducted under this agreement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with the client to review progress, share updates, and address any technical challenges that may arise.
  • Serve as the main contact for any performance-related concerns or disputes involving the Data Entry Operation Specialist(s) II.
  • Supervise the Data Entry Operation Specialist(s) II, ensuring adherence to project timelines and performance goals; implement quality assurance measures; coordinate work efforts; and assist the client in meeting Quality Control standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 10 years of pertinent experience, which includes leadership, program/project management, business administration, government invoicing, and/or human resources.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in government contracts.
  • Candidate must maintain qualifications throughout the duration of the contract.
