About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes for our customers, ensuring high adoption rates of our products, and growing our revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success: Own and manage a renewal book of business, guiding customers to success on their journey with Red Points.
  • Adoption and Growth: Actively monitor account adoption, analyze data and metrics, and intervene with adoption strategies to enhance customer workflows and derive further value.
  • Renewals and Expansion: Lead the renewal negotiation process, collaborate with internal teams to mitigate churn, and identify and drive expansion and growth opportunities.
  • Advocacy and Product Improvement: Advocate for product features and improvements as the voice of the customer, working cross-functionally with internal product teams to champion change.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with customers, navigating large organizations to elevate the perception of Red Points.
  • Commercial Acumen: Spot, nurture, and close growth opportunities with existing customers, influencing through performance metrics and strategic discussions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Engage with customers during quarterly business reviews, influencing through performance metrics and strategic discussions.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a high level of knowledge and understanding of IP & Brand protection, keeping up with industry news, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of customer management experience in a SaaS technology organization, preferably in a professional services or customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing a book of business with a record of successful forecasting & quota attainment.
  • Expert negotiation skills with a track record of commercial achievements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Data and technology literacy, comfortable working with, manipulating, and interpreting data sets.
