Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities using various sources
  • Exhibit leadership skills on the sales team and within the company
  • Master the ability to tell the Client Giant story and its impact on partner companies
  • Employ a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers
  • Collaborate with other teams and roles to close high-value opportunities
  • Build strong customer and partner relationships to support their success, upsell, and generate referrals
  • Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals
  • Utilize HubSpot to track all activities

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS
  • Proven SDR or business development experience generating leads
  • Motivated to advance your career
  • Willingness to engage in heavy prospecting
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Curiosity, ability to listen, and desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and mentality
  • Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated
  • Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Resilient, doesn't give up easily
