Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities using various sources
- Exhibit leadership skills on the sales team and within the company
- Master the ability to tell the Client Giant story and its impact on partner companies
- Employ a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers
- Collaborate with other teams and roles to close high-value opportunities
- Build strong customer and partner relationships to support their success, upsell, and generate referrals
- Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals
- Utilize HubSpot to track all activities
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS
- Proven SDR or business development experience generating leads
- Motivated to advance your career
- Willingness to engage in heavy prospecting
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity, ability to listen, and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and mentality
- Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated
- Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Resilient, doesn't give up easily
