Senior Account Executive

Tradesmen International, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and managing a team of field employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase usage of our services
  • Manage a team of field employees to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to meet client needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and service agreements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of outside sales experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful
