Career Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a leading private money company, we specialize in non-conforming mortgage lending and are committed to bettering the community and the financial positions of our customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, providing education on loan products, pricing, and point of contact.
- Communicate with accounts on a daily basis to ensure their utmost satisfaction and resolve any questions or concerns.
- Train mortgage brokers on loan submission and loan processes, setting expectations for understanding the loan process.
- Assist in resolving broker questions or concerns without overpromising expectations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure desired production results.
- Stay up-to-date with company processes and guidelines, participating in training and development opportunities.
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales experience preferred.
- Ability to conduct and attend web meetings and conference calls, including presentations.
- Basic knowledge of Non-QM, Bridge, DSCR-Business Purpose, Fix/Flip, Jumbo.
- Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient with Encompass/LON.
- Competitive compensation package, including 40-50 BPS from dollar one.
- Commission payout twice a month, depending on funding of the loan.
- Simple onboarding process for brokers.
- Zero territory restrictions.
- Average loans are north of $500 million, with ITN and P&L north of $3 million.
- LoanNex, licensed in over 30 states.
- Operations support on both coasts.
- Benefits package and 401k.
