Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This strategic thinker will navigate internal and external relationships, leveraging excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients within the Behavioral Health space, including public and private healthcare agencies, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including county and state leadership of public service departments, C-suite executives, and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to inform product improvements and innovations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the CRO, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry or SaaS sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer

Chorus Innovations offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000 to $160,000 annually, commission, and stock options.
