Contract Duration: 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be tasked with a variety of essential functions, including but not limited to:

1. Providing support to multiple department leaders, executives, or managers.
2. Executing routine administrative tasks such as data entry, managing phone communications, ordering office supplies, handling mail distribution, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
3. Processing purchase orders, invoices, check requests, and expense reports.
4. Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
5. Organizing meetings and conference calls efficiently.
6. Creating and refining documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
7. Managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.
8. Staying informed about business unit policies and procedures.
9. Overseeing projects of varying complexity and scope.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

A High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. An Associate's degree or equivalent is preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient with office equipment such as switchboards, postage meters, and copiers.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across various business units and geographical locations.
- Demonstrated professionalism and high-level service orientation.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position involves extensive sitting and computer usage.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Standard office setting.

This role requires a developed expertise in a range of administrative processes and procedures, typically gained through a combination of job-related training and substantial on-the-job experience.
