About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales representatives and driving business growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives
  • Develop and execute district strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
  • Coach and counsel sales representatives to improve their selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities
  • Monitor data analytics to ensure full utilization of resources and tools for maximum impact
  • Drive call plan adherence and execution
  • Ensure the district meets or exceeds all sales targets and goals
  • Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team in terms of work ethic, culture, and expectations
  • Aid in design of business plans, employee development plans, and monthly reports
  • Organize employee training, conferences, and district meetings
  • Communicate with key sales leadership to update on project performance and gain feedback
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent work-related experience
  • Ability to influence team member activities
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Industry
  • Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
  • Lead a team and reinforce strong account management skills
  • Product launch experience preferred
  • Must consistently demonstrate sound judgment and strategic decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Professional, proactive demeanor
  • Ability to interpret and utilize business data to drive positive business results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
  • Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Computer/iPad proficient
