Job Description
To achieve our goals, we need a Sales and Market Growth Specialist who will represent Stabilus in a professional manner to industries within the Home, Recreation and Home Furniture Market Segment. The successful candidate will focus on:
- Achieving sales and profit goals for the market segment.
- Identifying, developing, and promoting key unique selling points (USPs) for the market segment.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and market conditions for current fiscal years and future requirements.
- Prioritizing opportunities and directing sales initiatives for new business closures.
- Developing product portfolio requirements to maximize market growth.
- Buidling market intelligence about customers, competitors, and market requirements.
- Supporting operational planning and investment with accurate Cap3 business cases (CAPEX forms).
- Maintaining current and comprehensive competitor situation and benchmarking information.
- Leading program management methodologies for all new business developments.
