Job Description

We are seeking an IT Solutions Consultant to join our team at ICS Managed IT Services. In this role, you will be responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Presentation and sales of company products and services to new and existing customers, achieving agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Prospecting and contacting potential customers to expand our client base, leveraging your knowledge of Microsoft products and IT security basics to build trust and confidence.
  • Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments and opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of services and support.
  • Creating compelling sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
  • Documenting sales funnel activity in our CRM platform to track progress and optimize sales strategies, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and IT security basics, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
