Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional administrative skills to join our team at Process & Power, Inc. in Memphis, TN. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Invoicing service jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicating effectively with technicians and Customer Service Managers.
  • Performing various administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience and ability to multi-task.
  • Data entry skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
