Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Programs Officer (CPO), focusing on agency data management and analysis for population health outcomes. This role involves a broad range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, correspondence, record-keeping, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CPO, prioritizing tasks and managing an active calendar of appointments.">
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, performing minor accounting duties as needed.">
  • Organize meetings, schedule events, and ensure departmental staff appreciation initiatives are implemented.">
  • Answer phone calls professionally and prepare reports, collecting and analyzing information.">
  • Record meeting discussions, provide minutes, and manage personal purchase orders and expenses for the CPO.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a B.S. in Management or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in administrative support or executive assistant roles. IT problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Friends For All offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The company also provides employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with up to 3% employer match, and flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care.
