Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR support, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR document files
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, temporary associate processing, and benefits administration
  • Support HR Manager with HRIS data entry, filing, and reporting
  • Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in HR support, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
