Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Regency Title & Escrow LLC.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our office staff. This includes but is not limited to greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, and delivering mail and packages.

Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator will be required to maintain accurate records, perform a variety of routine clerical tasks, and order office supplies as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Take and deliver messages in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong service orientation.

Requirements:
