Job Title: Housing Support Specialist

Our House, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Program, you will provide comprehensive support to our residents, ensuring they have access to the resources and services they need to achieve stability and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration and operations of the Housing Program, including record keeping, data entry, and client intake processing.
  • Assist with financial record keeping, including tracking client outcomes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform background checks and enter data on written rule infractions.
  • Collaborate with the Supportive Service team to ensure residents have their basic needs met.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, volunteers, donors, and partners.
  • Work closely with the Housing Manager to ensure client files are compliant with federal and state requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required for travel within Central Arkansas.
  • Ability to pass background checks, child and adult maltreatment registry checks, sex offender registry checks, and a pre-employment drug screen.
