Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Priority1inc. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, printers, and other equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
