Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Record Incoming Appeals: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and recording incoming appeals for employee grievances and other programs.
  • Process Incoming Documents and Correspondence: The Legal Support Specialist will process incoming documents and correspondence related to court and legal action.
  • Provide Customer Service: The candidate will be responsible for answering phones and contacting parties or customers regarding questions or issues related to employee grievances and other programs.
  • Manage Requests and Subpoenas: The successful candidate will receive and process requests for parties regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs, as well as issue and process subpoenas.
  • Prepare Legal Documents: The Legal Support Specialist will draft various legal memoranda and documents regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs.
  • Administrative Tasks: The candidate will be responsible for preparing faxes, copies, files, and mail materials in a timely manner to comply with internal office practices and state and federal laws and regulations.

Compensation Details

The hourly wage for this position is $15.00.
