Position Overview:
As an integral part of the IT Client Services team, the IT Support Specialist will deliver precise and prompt resolutions to user-related computer and network issues. This role involves performing maintenance and restorative actions either remotely or directly at the user's location, utilizing fundamental troubleshooting and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective solutions to end-user technical challenges.
  • Engage in troubleshooting processes for hardware and software issues that deviate from standard procedures.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, ensuring continuous support availability.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an Associate's degree in a similar field, or a High School diploma accompanied by two years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Availability for on-call support outside of standard working hours.
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Willingness to cover weekends and holidays as part of the support team.
  • Capability to manage moderate to high levels of job-related stress.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, or CCNA.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
