KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Sales Representative for Crop Solutions is tasked with enhancing the market presence of our crop protection and seed offerings across various regions.
The essential duties of this position include:

- Acting as the primary business advisor to retailers and major agricultural producers;

- Collecting and evaluating market and competitive data;
- Implementing strategies to achieve business objectives;
- Efficiently managing expenses and program disbursements;

- Serving as the industry expert for key clients;
- Providing mentorship to junior staff members;
- Handling regional claims;
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
