Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Sales in achieving maximum profitability and growth
- Lead the development of business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for assigned Truck Salespersons
- Manage an existing sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve AOR goals within the region
- Associate degree or 4-year college degree in business or related field preferred
- Eight or more years of sales or management experience, preferably within the heavy-duty truck industry
- Thorough knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, truck spec'ing, marketing, and operations gained through three or more years of industry-related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, negotiating, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence outcomes to achieve results, strong financial acumen, and proven results in exceeding sales targets and related goals
- Desire to see salespeople succeed in both their professional and personal lives
