Job Summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is a leading provider of outdoor living solutions in North America. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and be responsible for the overall sales function of our product lines and related accessories.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers to increase sales and revenue. You will work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective relationships with current customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in the market
  • Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports
  • Compile dealer sales data, interpret buying cycles, and share results with production to efficiently plan weekly and monthly production plans
  • Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education
  • High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities
  • Up to 50% travel with some overnights
  • Experience within the building materials industry
  • Ability to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platform
