Inside Sales Engineering Manager

Universal Robots is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Engineering Manager to lead our US-Canada Sales Team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Inside Sales Engineers to achieve sales targets and improve sales processes
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales or sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with distribution partners in the industrial market
  • Business acumen and technical knowledge of robotics and automation
