Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated student for the Business Intern - Marketing and Administration role. This part-time position requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week over the course of one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative tasks and projects for various departments, including Business Development, Marketing, and Human Resources.
  • Support a variety of administrative functions, including organizing events and managing projects for the executive team.
  • Develop marketing materials and contribute to enhancing the company's marketing presence.
  • Provide assistance with finance-related administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Support sales activities through administrative tasks, including:
    • CRM Support: Create sales tracking reports, maintain the CRM database, and assist engineering managers with project support.
    • Sales Reporting: Generate and define key performance indicator reports for sales.
    • Customer Data Management: Collect and input data into the customer matrix for key strategic clients.
  • Assist the Human Resources department with project-related work and various administrative tasks, including:
    • Support HR managers with onboarding processes for new hires.
    • Conduct research on relevant HR data and resources.
    • Engage in various HR-related projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage a balanced schedule of work and academic commitments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with internet and information databases.
  • Desire to work in a diverse and global environment.
  • Interest in Marketing and Social Media is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
