Trèves Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and profitability of assigned accounts, primarily Ford, by influencing internal and external commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales and commercial management for programs of assigned customer accounts, including RFQs, engineering changes, contract management, and negotiations.
  • Articulate a clear understanding of global industry market trends, competitor position, and customer development trends.
  • Represent the business unit in a professional and positive manner.
  • Develop and deploy customer interface strategies and build strong rapport with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Program Management to create and implement strategies for maximizing current business and obtaining new business.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive customer strategies that improve the profitability and growth of assigned accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with sales management to deploy comprehensive pricing strategies that are market driven.
  • Responsible for the development, execution, and leadership of New Business Opportunity (NBO) plans.
  • Monitor program launch activities to confirm change management is properly executed internally and externally.
  • Take ownership of total customer satisfaction and monitor performance on key supplier metrics.
Requirements:
  • Must have sales experience in the automotive industry, specifically working for a supplier with Ford as a customer.
  • Results-focused and solution-driven.
  • Exceptional decision-making and negotiation acumen.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
