- Performance Monitoring: Monitor technician performance and productivity, implementing strategies for improvement as necessary.
- Scheduling and Dispatch: Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations in a timely manner.
- Communication and Feedback: Conduct regular meetings with the service team to review performance metrics, address any issues, and provide feedback.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, equipment installations, and customer interactions.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies, including safety protocols and licensing requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to optimize workflow and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with EPA Universal and/or TDLR certification.
- Leadership and Management: Proven track record of success in service management, including leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional technical proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting and repair, with a rating of 10/10.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Comfortable with firm pricing, negotiation, and the collection of payments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and applications related to scheduling, invoicing, and customer management.
- Availability: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the HVAC industry.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
