Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of general office and accounting/finance experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a dealership setting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist, train, and mentor all office personnel with a positive approach.
  • Maintain effective communication with corporate regarding cash requirements.
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports.
  • Reconcile and manage cash boxes and petty cash.
  • Post manual journal entries and maintain control of posted documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by collaborating with office staff.
  • Prepare payroll accurately and maintain payroll records.
  • Complete tax reports, deposits, and returns promptly.

Accounts Payable Management:
  • Post invoices, prepare checks, and reconcile statements.
  • Administer inventory updates and manage charge-back programs.
  • Reconcile inventories monthly and assist in annual reviews/audits.
  • Prepare monthly reports for commission calculations.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods and work on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and navigate various departments within the organization.
