Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of general office and accounting/finance experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a dealership setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist, train, and mentor all office personnel with a positive approach.
- Maintain effective communication with corporate regarding cash requirements.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports.
- Reconcile and manage cash boxes and petty cash.
- Post manual journal entries and maintain control of posted documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by collaborating with office staff.
- Prepare payroll accurately and maintain payroll records.
- Complete tax reports, deposits, and returns promptly.
Accounts Payable Management:
- Post invoices, prepare checks, and reconcile statements.
- Administer inventory updates and manage charge-back programs.
- Reconcile inventories monthly and assist in annual reviews/audits.
- Prepare monthly reports for commission calculations.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods and work on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and navigate various departments within the organization.
