Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation and configuration of engineering software applications to ensure they meet organizational requirements.
  • Develop integration of new applications with existing systems and infrastructure, considering timelines, resource allocation, and potential impacts on existing workflows.
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and address issues or bugs before and after deployment, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
  • Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution of incidents post-implementation.
  • Manage maintenance processes to keep applications up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in IT application implementation, deployment, support, and maintenance, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of the ASPICE framework or other manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of Catia, 3DX, Autodesk, Codebeamer, Teamcenter, Onestages, Jira, and other PLM software applications.
  • Strong understanding of engineering software integration and customization.
  • Familiarity with systems architecture and design principles in the context of engineering applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
