Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Zolman Restoration. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market share within the medical field by building and nurturing relationships with medical facilities, insurance companies, and related stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business development plans targeting the medical field, including doctors' offices, clinics, hospitals, and surgery centers.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers within medical facilities and insurance companies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns specific to the medical sector.
- Provide expert consultations to medical facilities on pre-loss planning and emergency response plans.
- Attend industry-related conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote our services and establish our brand as a leader in the medical field restoration sector.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations, adhering to regulatory compliance specific to medical facilities.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to enhance our services and offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare administration or experience in the medical field is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the insurance restoration industry or related fields targeting the medical sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the specific needs of medical facilities when it comes to restoration and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
