Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Resort Group. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, concierge services, and responding to guest requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement training procedures to ensure staff adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Manage and maintain a secure key control system to ensure guest and staff safety.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
