Job Overview

Netchannels is seeking a dedicated Industry Analyst Relations Specialist to join our team for a long-term engagement. This role is pivotal in the High Technology sector, where experience is essential.

Role Summary:
The Analyst Relations team is tasked with developing and implementing strategies that ensure both major and niche analyst firms accurately represent the client's capabilities to the market and their end users. Key analyst firms include Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with influential analysts and executive representatives.
  • Oversee evaluations for Market Quadrants, Waves, MarketScape, and similar assessments.
  • Manage engagements with Gartner Peer Insights and Gartner Analytics.
  • Act as an internal resource to provide market insights regarding competitors, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Review, summarize, and track pertinent research for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver compelling information to the analyst community through regular briefings and inquiries.
  • Prepare, write, and edit presentations and materials for analysts, including briefing documents.
  • Facilitate analyst briefings, inquiries, and engagements such as consulting days or analyst visits.
  • Create and maintain a calendar for research and engagement activities.
  • Respond to Requests for Information to assist in research reports and whitepapers.
  • Secure analyst quotes for press releases, blogs, and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist in planning and executing Analyst Conferences alongside the AR team.
  • Coordinate analyst interactions at conferences and trade events.
  • Prepare briefing books to inform teams about recent analyst engagements and research prior to meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the High Technology sector is required.
  • Experience with Gartner Peer Insights and Gartner Analytics is preferred.
  • Established relationships with industry analysts and references from top firms.
  • Demonstrated success in executing analyst relations programs in B2B environments.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to connect product and company developments to broader industry trends.
  • Experience in organizing Analyst Conferences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, PR, social media, product, business development, and marketing).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Analyst Relations is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Willingness to travel for analyst conferences and team meetings.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
