Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Client Relations Specialist to join our esteemed team. Our facility is recognized as a premier provider of specialized and emergency veterinary services, setting the standard for compassionate care in the industry.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service - experience in a veterinary setting is highly valued
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality (creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients)
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry into medical records
- Familiarity with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 45+ wpm and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
- Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate client and patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Check-In/Out Procedures: Process client paperwork, verify information, and manage payments.
- Billing Support: Calculate fees, process payments, and assist with invoicing as necessary.
- Client Education: Provide pet care information and address general inquiries.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for clients and pets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth operations.
- Emergency Management: Respond to emergencies with composure, directing clients as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Full-Time Position
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Availability for weekends and some holidays required
- Hourly wage starting at $26.00. Compensation is determined by role, level, and location.
