  • Perform regular root cause analyses of financial transactions for designated departments.
  • Track key performance indicators for assigned areas and investigate fluctuations in performance.
  • Prepare summary reports of analytical findings for departmental leadership.
  • Review historical and projected financial data to provide stakeholders with actionable insights for operational decision-making.
  • Leverage a solid understanding of revenue cycle applications, operational workflows, and regulatory guidelines to support analytical evaluations.
  • Build and maintain internal relationships to gain insights into departmental workflows.
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle managers and directors to identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Analyze, prepare, and manage the distribution of various financial reports for internal revenue cycle use and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain financial databases and records for accurate reporting of financial data.
  • Develop and manipulate extensive data sets.
  • Provide analytical support for special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Healthcare.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Analyst in Revenue Cycle, Data, Financial, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting the healthcare industry is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience in statistical analysis.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Hospital Billing is required.

Work Environment:

This role is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the United States.
