  7. Adapt to changing daily tasks to support team members during peak periods or absences.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and prior experience in a customer-facing role or call center is advantageous.

We seek individuals who demonstrate professionalism and can effectively engage with a diverse range of internal and external clients. A foundational understanding of cash handling and reconciliation is preferred, along with good computer skills and meticulous attention to detail.
