Position Summary:
In the role of Lead Receiver, you will be responsible for managing the intake of food, beverages, equipment, and disposable supplies. Your expertise will ensure that all items are received, organized, and stored in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for food, beverages, and disposables, communicating with management for ordering needs.
  • Conduct regular inventories and report discrepancies to procurement staff.
  • Adhere to sanitary practices for food handling and ensure cleanliness in receiving and storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Perform daily inspections of storage and receiving areas.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Receive all deliveries, verify invoices, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Address any order issues with suppliers and relay information to management.
  • Store supplies in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and monitoring expiration dates.
  • Prepare daily receiving reports and manage invoice submissions to corporate.
  • Process invoices in the property management system.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a storeroom or warehouse setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling food products.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift items weighing between 40-50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and refrigerated environment.
