Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee upcoming projects and initiatives that require the Director of Operations' focus.
- Maintain and update Excel reports and tracking systems.
- Enhance processes and workflows for both the Director of Operations' office and the Agency.
- Manage the calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, track expenses, and handle all correspondence related to activities.
- Prepare the conference room for meetings and luncheons.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure the Director of Operations remains focused on critical tasks and organizes daily activities.
- Handle phone calls and emails from key clients and business partners.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of packages.
- Attend client and company meetings as necessary, taking notes and preparing recaps for the Director of Operations and relevant parties.
- Assist with personal and business errands, including ordering gifts for clients and employees, arranging food for meetings, and scheduling personal appointments for the Director of Operations and other Senior Management members.
