Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Management
    • Oversee and resolve accounts receivable issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, including credit checks and customer data maintenance.
  • Financial Operations
    • Manage daily billing and tax exemptions.
    • Facilitate aging meetings and coordinate with division managers.
    • Support cash forecasting and assist with month-end close.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in a construction industry setting.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
