Job Summary

Riskonnect is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to drive comprehensive demand generation strategies and contribute to the company's ambitious sales targets. As a key player in the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing consultative selling techniques to understand key business issues and craft solutions that meet each prospective customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-touch demand generation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics to drive lead growth and sales-qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify targets for account-based marketing campaigns and provide prospecting on specific target accounts to enable goals to be achieved.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance of KPIs and provide quantifiable metrics and insights through dashboards and monthly reports.
  • Measure and report on performance against weekly and quarterly demand goals and propose plans to improve lead quality and maximize pipeline and revenue.
  • Accelerate revenue and marketing and sales qualified lead growth via targeted, personalized email nurturing of inbound and outbound leads.

Requirements

  • Data and results-driven approach to work with a proven track record of driving lead growth and sales-qualified leads.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation process and pipeline development and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creative testing, and ROI calculations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing lead-generation efforts.
  • 4-year degree, or equivalent work experience in a B2B SaaS environment in sales, demand generation, or sales support.
