Job Overview

At Encore Strategic, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth and expansion in the mid-market segment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, building campaigns, and converting warm opportunities into revenue-generating clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives, understanding their key challenges and deploying effective solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
  • Utilize a CRM to track activities, backfill lost commits, and drive towards personal goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in cold calling and technology sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and understandable manner
  • Degree from an accredited university (not required)
