Office Administration Trainee

The Office Administration Trainee role provides an exceptional chance for individuals to acquire vital skills and experience within a corporate setting. Trainees will be assigned to different locations to receive practical training and exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support office operations by managing phone calls, welcoming visitors, and offering information regarding departmental functions
  • Oversee document management and preparation tasks
  • Serve as a front desk representative by handling inquiries and clarifying departmental guidelines
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring materials and supplies are readily available
  • Deliver customer service and support to the public and inter-departmental teams
  • Update directories and accurately input data into databases

Required Qualifications

  • No previous experience required
  • Capability to work autonomously with limited oversight
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Preference for candidates with non-profit experience and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
