Job Summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting all billing and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in completing assignments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and Payroll Operations
    • Process and manage billing and payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Utilize accounting and payables software to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College graduate with internship or work experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and productivity skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment with shifting priorities.
