Position Title: Marketing and Production Intern
Reports to: Marketing Operations Manager + Creative Producer
Location: Hybrid, Los Angeles
Compensation: $22/hr

Blip is transforming the nicotine replacement category with innovative products designed for the next generation of quitters. Our bold online and in-store presence is setting new standards in the industry. We are looking for a passionate and imaginative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Production Intern, contributing 20 hours per week. This role is essential for the success of our creative initiatives and the development of a new brand identity, while offering valuable learning opportunities in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate is meticulous, eager to deepen their understanding of creative production and marketing, and possesses strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in formulating project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks including documentation management, organizing digital files, and ensuring timely filing of project documents.
  • Support creative production efforts across various departments, including scheduling, creating production sheets, and on-site assistance.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as photographers, videographers, and freelancers to facilitate resource acquisition.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with social media, content, design, and marketing teams to achieve operational and branding objectives.
  • Assist in sourcing and communication efforts for merchandise and product development, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics and market needs.
  • Help maintain the operational efficiency of our office, ensuring a clean and organized workspace with adequate supplies.
  • Take on additional tasks as directed by the marketing and operations team to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Production, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Previous internship or work experience in project management, creative production, or operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to work onsite from our office in Frogtown, LA.
