Position Overview: HR Intern (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated HR Intern to assist with various administrative functions and support the daily operations of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment documentation.
  • Collect payroll information such as leave records, working hours, and banking details.
  • Evaluate resumes and application forms for potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and confirm interview schedules with applicants.
  • Manage job postings, updates, and removals across job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as necessary, such as departmental training budgets.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, including remaining vacation days.
  • Review and disseminate company policies in both digital and print formats.
  • Assist in organizing company events and career fairs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Staff Assistant or in a similar entry-level HR role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and resume databases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Note: This is an unpaid internship opportunity that may transition into a paid position.

Work Arrangement: This position is fully remote.
