Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate individual to join our Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for someone who shares our vision and is eager to promote the benefits of electric boating to a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities- Showcasing and selling our electric boats to a wide range of customers.
- Organizing and executing promotional events and demonstration tours across various locations.
- Identifying and pursuing new customer leads through various channels.
- Responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication methods.
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners.
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies through data analysis and market research.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a sales role.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently and make informed decisions in real-time.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
- Background in water sports, particularly wakeboarding or wake surfing.
- Knowledge of the powerboat industry.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain a fast yet sustainable work pace.
- Technical skills for troubleshooting minor boat or trailer issues.
