Job Summary

The Client Advisor is a key member of the VinFast sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong passion for electric vehicles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent VinFast's values and brand standards in all customer interactions
  • Engage with clients and colleagues to generate brand excitement and drive sales
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospect to purchase, tracking client and sales activity
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of VinFast's products and features
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, client services, or sales
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in CRM applications
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License
