Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Team Rehabilitation Services, LLC. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, verify appointments, and assist with necessary paperwork.
  • Communication and Coordination: Ensure effective communication with patients, physicians, and other staff members to ensure timely and accurate care.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain complex schedules, coordinate with physical therapists and other staff members to accommodate patient needs, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Insurance and Billing: Assist patients with insurance-related questions, verify and explain insurance benefits, and obtain and track necessary authorizations.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain electronic medical and billing records, including billing changes and follow-ups.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect copayments, process transactions accurately and professionally, and issue receipts as needed.
  • Performance Support: Assist in preparing management information, inputting data from in-house research, and maintaining clinic supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in patient-centered healthcare or customer-facing roles is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
