Responsibilities

The Patient Administrative Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and verifying appointments
  • Assisting with paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring seamless communication with patients, physicians, and staff
  • Maintaining complex schedules and coordinating with therapists and staff
  • Assisting with insurance-related questions and benefits
  • Accurately updating and maintaining patient records
  • Collecting copayments and processing billing tasks
  • Supporting clinic performance through data collection and analysis

Other tasks may include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a patient-centered healthcare position preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
  • Commitment to Team Rehabilitation's mission and values
